I have spent my life around people who build things: athletes, business owners, and families who want to live well. Lately I have been learning how AI and blockchain technology are changing the way we work and connect. I am not a tech expert. I am a curious steward who tries things for myself before I ever share them. These are two tools I use and why.
Operly, My AI Team
Operly is an AI workspace that learns your business and helps with the daily work. It organizes your day, drafts content like posts, blogs, images and slideshows in your own voice, and helps manage your inbox, calendar and follow-ups. You can set up specialized agentic AI team members for different jobs, and I have built a team of them for Ripple Effect Connections. It does not replace people or relationships. It gives me time back so I can spend it on the people God puts in front of me.
R-Link, Where I Host Meetings
R-Link is a video platform for meetings, webinars and live streams. It includes HD video, AI captions and translations, AI meeting summaries, custom branding, and clickable buttons that let participants book or sign up without leaving the room. It runs on blockchain technology, and the company says it is designed with security and data ownership in mind. If you have used Zoom, it will feel familiar.
